<p>Welcome to Mahesh Crafts. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://relaycial.com/s/mahesh (the "Store") and any purchase you make from us. The Store is operated by Jaipur (Raj) ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Store or placing an order you agree to these Terms.</p>
<h2>1. Eligibility & account</h2>
<p>You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Store under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.</p>
<h2>2. Products & pricing</h2>
<p>We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.</p>
<p>If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.</p>
<h2>3. Orders & payment</h2>
<p>Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud; any amount paid will be refunded.</p>
<p>Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.</p>
<p>Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders for an additional fee of ₹1. We may decline COD for certain pin codes or order values.</p>
<h2>4. Shipping, returns & cancellations</h2>
<p>Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our <a href="shipping-policy">Shipping Policy</a>, <a href="returns-exchange">Returns & Refunds Policy</a> and <a href="cancellation-policy">Cancellation Policy</a>, which form part of these Terms.</p>
<h2>5. Acceptable use</h2>
<p>You agree not to misuse the Store, including attempting unauthorised access, posting unlawful or misleading content in reviews, or reselling products in violation of applicable law.</p>
<h2>6. Intellectual property</h2>
<p>All content on the Store — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Jaipur (Raj) or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.</p>
<h2>7. Limitation of liability</h2>
<p>To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.</p>
<h2>8. Governing law</h2>
<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our place of business shall have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.</p>
<h2>9. Grievance redressal</h2>
<p>In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is <strong>Jaipur (Raj)</strong>. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.</p>
