Disclaimer

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This disclaimer explains the limits of what you should rely on when you read Lexarity Collections, operated by Lexarity Collections, at https://relaycial.com/s/lexarity-collections. It does not reduce the promises we make in a product description, in our Terms & Conditions, or in our Returns & Refunds Policy, and it does not exclude liability that Indian law does not allow us to exclude. If there is a conflict between this page and a specific promise on the product you bought, the product page and the Terms govern that purchase.

This page is a standard template for an Indian online store. It is a starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed if you sell regulated goods such as cosmetics, food, Ayurveda, electronics or toys.

1. General information, not a professional opinion

Articles, care notes, size guides, blog posts and answers on the Store are general information to help you choose and look after a product. They are not medical, nutritional, legal, financial or engineering advice. A suggestion about fabric care, a food pairing, a skin type, or how a product is commonly used is not a guarantee that the product is right for your situation. If you need advice for a health condition, a child's use of a product, an electrical installation, or a legal question, consult a qualified professional and read the label on the actual goods.

Where a product claims a statutory property, such as a fibre content, a net quantity, or a country of origin, we intend that claim to be accurate and you may rely on it as part of the contract of sale. Colour names, lifestyle photographs, and styling suggestions are illustrative.

2. Product images, colours and handmade variation

We photograph products as honestly as we can. Lighting, your screen, and the batch of a dye, wood grain, clay, print or weave can still make the item you receive look a little different from the picture. A small difference of that kind is normal for many of the goods sold on Indian online stores and is not, by itself, a defect. A difference that means you received the wrong design, the wrong size against the size chart, or an item with damage or a fault is not "normal variation". Those cases are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Dimensions on a product page are the dimensions we measured or the dimensions the maker stated. Handmade goods can vary by a small tolerance. If a measurement is critical for you, ask us before you order and we will confirm the piece we would dispatch, where it is practical to do so.

3. Stock, prices and errors

Catalogue information can change. A product may go out of stock after you add it to the cart. A price may be corrected if it was published in error. Our Terms explain when we may cancel an order that was placed against an obvious pricing or description error, and that we refund what you paid if we do. We do not ask you to honour a price that was our mistake unless you still want the item at the corrected price.

Promotional banners may be cached by your browser for a short time after an offer ends. The price at checkout, on the page you confirm, is the price of the contract. If a banner and the product page disagree, the product page and checkout prevail.

4. Allergies, ingredients and regulated products

If we sell food, cosmetics, Ayurveda, toys, electrical goods or any other regulated category, the mandatory particulars required by law (including ingredient lists, net quantity, dates, warnings and the manufacturer's details where those rules apply) are intended to appear on the product page and on the pack. Always read the pack you receive. A summary on the Store can lag a label change by a manufacturer. If the pack and the page disagree on an ingredient or a warning, follow the pack, stop using the product if you are unsure, and tell us. We will correct the page and, where the difference matters to safety, recall or refund the batch as the law and good practice require.

We do not warrant that a product is free from an allergen unless the product page says it is. Cross-contact can occur in workshops and kitchens that handle several materials.

5. Results and testimonials

Reviews and customer photographs describe one person's experience. They are not a promise that you will have the same result. We moderate reviews for abuse and for obvious fakes, but we do not verify every statement a customer makes. A review is the customer's opinion, not our advertising claim, unless we repeat it in our own words on a product page.

6. Third-party links and embedded tools

The Store may link to a courier's tracking page, a payment gateway, a social network, or a manufacturer's site. Those sites are not operated by us. Their content, security and privacy practices are their own. A link is not an endorsement of everything on that site. Your payment is processed on the gateway's page under its terms as well as ours. Read the Privacy Policy for how we share the minimum data those providers need.

7. Availability of the website

We work to keep the Store available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Maintenance, hosting faults, denial-of-service attacks and failures in internet networks can take pages offline for a time. We are not liable for a loss that consists only of being unable to browse, provided we did not take your money for an order we then refused to honour without a refund. Our liability for an order that was placed is set out in the Terms & Conditions and is subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Intellectual property of others

If you believe a photograph, text or product on the Store infringes your copyright or trademark, write to us with the URL, a description of the work, and proof that you are the owner or the owner's agent. We will review good-faith notices and remove or disable material where the claim is reasonably made out. A notice that is false may itself create liability. This process does not limit any remedy a court can give.

9. Limitation

To the extent Indian law allows a limitation, we are not liable for loss arising only from your reliance on general information on the Store (as opposed to the product description and the contract of sale). We do not exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for a defective product where liability cannot be excluded, or for any other liability that the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or another statute says we cannot exclude. Where a cap is permitted, it is the cap stated in the Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Rajasthan, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Please contact our Grievance Officer, Lexarity Collections, first so we can correct the page or the order. We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
