Terms & Conditions

Last updated 30 Oct 2026

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you and Lexarity Collections ("we", "us", "our") for the use of Lexarity Collections at https://relaycial.com/s/lexarity-collections (the "Store") and for every order you place. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy. Together they explain how you buy from us, how we deliver, and what happens if something goes wrong.

By browsing the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store. We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and the version published on the Store is the version that applies to orders placed after that date. An order already accepted continues under the Terms that were published when you placed it, except where a change is required by law.

This document is a standard template for an Indian online store. It is a starting point, not legal advice. Please have it reviewed for your own business before you rely on it.

1. Who we are

The Store is operated by Lexarity Collections. When these Terms say "seller", they mean that business. We sell goods to consumers and, where we say so on a product page, to business buyers. We are the seller of record for orders placed on the Store. Payment gateways, courier companies and messaging providers help us fulfil orders, but they are not the seller of the goods unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

Our Grievance Officer for the purposes of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 is Lexarity Collections. How to raise a complaint is set out in section 14.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or you must use the Store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms. You confirm that the name, phone number, email address and delivery address you give us are true and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every action taken through that account until you tell us it has been misused. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, abuse, resale in breach of law, or repeated refusal of COD shipments.

You may close your account from the account area or by writing to us. Closing an account does not cancel an order that has already been accepted, and it does not delete records we must keep for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons. Those limits are described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

We try to describe every product honestly: title, photographs, materials, size, colour, quantity, country of origin where we are required to state it, and the price. Handmade, dyed, wooden, textile and food products can vary slightly from the photograph. Screen settings also change how colour appears. A minor variation of that kind is not a defect. A product that is the wrong item, is damaged, or is materially different from the written description is covered by the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Unless a product page says otherwise, the price includes applicable GST. Shipping charges, COD fees and any discount are shown at checkout before you pay, so the amount you confirm is the amount you owe for that order. A price shown on a banner, advertisement or message is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer, until you complete checkout and we accept the order as described below.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund any amount already paid. We will not ask you to pay the corrected price unless you agree. Stock shown on the Store is indicative. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will offer a wait, a substitute only with your consent, or a full refund.

3.1 Offers and coupons

Coupons, bundle prices and limited-time offers apply only to the products, dates and conditions stated with the offer. They cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw an offer that is being abused, including by creating multiple accounts or by combining codes in a way the offer does not allow. One promotional code applies per order unless the checkout page says you may stack codes.

4. Placing an order

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart at the price shown. We accept that offer when we confirm that the order is being processed or dispatched, or when we send you an order confirmation that does not say the order is still only a request. Adding an item to the cart, or receiving an automated "we received your order" message, does not by itself mean we have accepted the offer.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if the product is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we cannot verify the payment, the delivery address is incomplete or outside our service area, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items, including any shipping charge that related only to those items, as described in the Cancellation Policy.

Please check the size, quantity, address and phone number before you pay. We process orders using the details you entered. A mistake in the address can delay delivery or cause the courier to return the parcel. Re-shipping after a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or by no one being available to receive the parcel may be charged again.

5. Payment

5.1 Online payment

Online payments are collected by a regulated payment gateway or payment aggregator. You may be offered UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other methods the gateway supports. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. The payment partner provides us with a transaction reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded or failed, so that we can match the payment to your order and issue a refund to the same method when a refund is due.

An order paid online is released for packing only after we receive a successful payment confirmation. If money is debited and the Store still shows the payment as failed, wait for the bank or UPI app to reverse it, which is often automatic, and write to us with the reference number if it is not reversed within the time your bank states. We do not mark an order as paid until the gateway confirms success.

5.2 Cash on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered on eligible products and pin codes. We may refuse COD where the pin code is not serviceable, the order value is unusually high, there is a history of refused deliveries, or we reasonably suspect misuse. If COD is refused after you place the order, we will tell you and offer an online payment link or cancel the order.

For a COD order, you agree to pay the courier the amount stated on the invoice when the parcel is delivered. Refusing a COD parcel without a valid reason under our Returns & Refunds Policy may lead us to limit COD on later orders. If you are not available, ask the courier to follow its own reattempt process. Do not pay anyone except the courier against the invoice, and do not pay in advance to a person who calls claiming to be from the Store unless the request matches a payment link we sent from our official channels.

6. Shipping, delivery, returns and cancellation

Dispatch times, serviceable locations, shipping charges and tracking are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier marks the shipment delivered to the address you gave, or when you collect it. Title passes when we have received the full price, including on a COD order when the courier collects payment.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Cancellation before dispatch is governed by the Cancellation Policy. Those pages show the windows configured for this Store. A product page may shorten or remove a return right for hygiene, perishable, personalised or made-to-order goods. That exception is part of the contract for that product.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to a remedy where goods are defective, not as described, or not of the quality we represented.

7. Your use of the Store

You agree to use the Store only for lawful personal or business purchases and for genuine reviews of products you received. You must not:

  • attempt to probe, scan or breach the Store, our accounts, or another customer's account;
  • use bots to scrape prices, place orders, or hold stock without an intention to buy;
  • post a review that is false, paid-for without disclosure, defamatory, or about a product you did not purchase from us;
  • upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
  • resell goods where the law, a brand licence, or the product page says they are not for resale.

We may remove content, cancel orders, or block access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken. We will tell you when we can do so without compromising an investigation.

8. Intellectual property

The Store's name, logo, photographs, text, layout, product designs and software belong to Lexarity Collections or to the people who licensed them to us. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the Store and to keep a copy of invoices and product information for your own records. You may not copy our photographs or descriptions for another shop, or use our name in a way that suggests we endorse you, unless we agree in writing.

If you send us a suggestion, photograph of a product in use, or review, you allow us to display that material on the Store and in our own marketing, with credit where it is practical, and you confirm you have the right to give us that permission. You keep ownership of your material. You may ask us to stop using a particular photograph of you, and we will do so for future campaigns.

9. Communications

We will contact you about orders by SMS, email, WhatsApp or phone using the details you gave us. Those messages are part of performing the contract: order confirmation, payment status, shipping, delivery exceptions, returns and refunds. Marketing messages are sent only where you have opted in, and you can opt out without affecting order messages. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for providing the goods you ordered with reasonable care and skill, and for the remedies in our Returns & Refunds Policy and under consumer law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, for loss of profit or business opportunity on a consumer order, or for delay caused by a courier, a payment network, a natural event, a government restriction, or incorrect information you gave us.

Where a limit is allowed by law, our total liability for a claim about a particular order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for a defect that the Consumer Protection Act requires us to remedy without such a cap.

The Store may be unavailable for short periods for maintenance or because of a failure at our hosting provider. We will try to restore it promptly. We are not liable for a loss caused only by a temporary inability to browse, provided we did not take payment for an order we then refused to honour.

11. Indemnity

If you use the Store in breach of these Terms, or if you upload content that infringes another person's rights, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable loss and legal cost we suffer as a direct result, except to the extent the loss was caused by our own breach or negligence. This does not limit any mandatory right you have as a consumer.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where they apply to the issue in dispute. Subject to your right to approach a consumer commission or any other forum the law gives you, the courts at the courts at Rajasthan have jurisdiction.

Please write to our Grievance Officer before you start a formal proceeding, so we have a fair chance to put the order right. We will not insist on this step where the law says you may go directly to a consumer forum, or where there is a risk of ongoing harm.

13. Changes, assignment and entire agreement

We may update these Terms as our catalogue, delivery partners or the law changes. We will not apply a change retrospectively to reduce a remedy you already had for an order that was accepted. You may not transfer your rights under an order to someone else without our consent, except that a gift recipient may use the Returns & Refunds Policy where the product page allows it. We may ask a group company or a successor business to perform these Terms, and we will tell you if the seller of record changes.

These Terms, the policies they link to, and the product page for what you bought, are the entire agreement for that order. If a court holds one clause unenforceable, the rest continue. A failure by us to enforce a clause once is not a waiver.

14. Complaints and grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about an order, a product, a charge, or the way the Store treated you, contact us first using the details below so we can see the order number and respond with the facts. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 we acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt. Privacy grievances are handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including the timelines under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Please include your order number, registered phone or email, a short description of the issue, and photographs if the goods are damaged or not as described. We may ask for the unboxing video or courier remarks where the dispute is about what was delivered.
