Call interested merchants, explain how Relaycial helps them launch their store or business website, and book them for onboarding. You work from our built-in call centre with lead lists, scripts and WhatsApp follow-ups ready for you.

What you'll do

  • Call warm leads from the call centre queue and follow up on time
  • Explain Relaycial products and plans in simple language
  • Share demo links and WhatsApp follow-ups, and log every call outcome
  • Hand over hot leads to field sales or book the onboarding directly

  • Clear communication in Hindi and/or English (regional language a plus)

Meet shop owners in your city and bring them online

Full-time · Field Field role in your city

Visit local shops, clinics, restaurants and service businesses, show them a live demo on your phone, and onboard them to Relaycial. The BDE app plans your visits, records check-ins and tracks your conversions.

What you'll do

  • Visit assigned and new businesses in your area every day
  • Give on-the-spot demos and close onboarding
  • Check in at each visit from the BDE app and update lead stages
  • Build relationships for referrals and upgrades

What we look for

  • 0–3 years in field sales, retail, insurance, telecom or similar
  • Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred
  • Good local knowledge and confident conversation
  • Android smartphone for the BDE app
