Terms of Service — Relaycial

1. Service Agreement

By registering on Relaycial, you agree to these Terms of Service. Relaycial provides e-commerce SaaS infrastructure allowing merchants to create and operate digital storefronts, manage catalogs, and process orders.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for the products listed on their store, accurate description of items, timely fulfillment of orders, customer support, and compliance with Indian commercial and tax laws (including GST obligations).

3. Subscription & Fee Settlements

Monthly SaaS subscriptions are billed in INR. Where a merchant uses Relaycial's managed split gateway or Cash on Delivery settlement system, transaction fees and COD commissions are deducted according to the published pricing schedule.

4. Termination

Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time without long-term lock-in. Relaycial reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating Indian laws or engaging in fraudulent activity.
